As resources ran out and they didn't adapt well to the new conditions eventually in some places like in Greenland were abandoned by the 1400s, but for the rest of the places, they kept living by farming and building towns.

Over time they stopped raiding, became Christian, and joined the rest of the medieval Europe. Even if this happened their culture did not disappear but only changed.

The Norse Did Not End

In Scandinavia, however, The Norse didn’t end. People continued to farm, build towns, and live their lives. Over time, they stopped raiding, became Christian, and became part of the rest of medieval Europe. The Viking lifestyle faded, but the Norse culture did not disappear but, it simply changed and became part of modern Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish identity.
